Ordering Information and Policies
SideTrack Hobbies on-line ordering is a secure site. You may use Master Card, Visa and Discover cards when ordering. If ordering with check or money order, please contact us first so you can get the exact UPS shipping charge. Orders are shipped when checks have cleared the bank. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 return fee. Credit cards are charged on the same day the orders are shipped. You have several ordering options:

Actual Shipping Charges: Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only)
Shipping charges will be based upon your total order's weight and destination. All packages will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS services in the Continental United States.

Please Note: Shipping charges will be added at the time of order processing and will not be reflected on the final order checkout page.

International Shipping:
For orders outside the Continental United States, you will be billed at the actual cost charged by UPS or the United States Post Office (plus $3.00 service charge). We cannot estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size and the charges vary from country to country. If you place the order online no shipping charge will appear, the actual cost will be charged once your order is shipped. Please call 301-475-5381 if you have any questions.

Returns:
Please call 301-475-5381 to get a return authorization. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.

NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All opened/operated returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges.

"Warehouse Reserve" Order Policy: Because of the nature of these special/limited items, we cannot accept returns.

Maryland Residents add 6% sales tax.
